Podporucznik (Second Lieutenant)
Polish Air Force, 305 Sqdn.

On 28-3-1944 at 3.38 pm De Havilland Mosquito took off in Hampshire to attack targets at Freval.
The aircraft was damaged by German anti-aircraft fire and had to make an emergency landing in the Channel at 4:30 p.m.
The entire crew died.
Sochacki washed ashore near Bergen aan Zee on June 14, 1944.
