"On 1 Dec 1941 in Bel Hamad /Leopard / Lc/Cpl Bulzak, acting as gunner by a Breda Anti-Tank Gun, shot and disabled a light German tank at a very long range. The Germans were then concentrating for an attack on our position and it is probable that the accurate fire of our Anti-Tank guns prevented them from moving forward.
In other occasions Lc/Cpl Bulzak showed great courage and tenacity. His name is given by us upon the request of the O.C. 14th Bde."
