Biography

Grant Kerr flew with No. 42 and 152 Squadron. At the latter he was CO.
After his demobilization Kerr studied medicine at St. Andrew's University where he graduated MD CH.B in 1949. In 1958 he came a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. After a period of lecturing in anatomy and physiology at Queen's College in Dundee, he trained as a general surgeon, and was appointed Senior surgical registrar at the Dundee Royal Infirmary in 1959. After a year's of research in the US he became very ill and died soon.
