Robert Everett was born on May 29th, 1901 as son to Lieutenant Colonel William Frank Everett and Charlotte Everett.

October 28th, 1940: No. 760 Naval Air Squadron, HMS Heron;
August 1941: No. 804 Naval Air Squadron, HMS Maplin.
Robert Everett shot a Focke Wulf Fw200 down with his Hawker Sea Hurricane on August 1st, 1941. With this he was the first pilot to shoot down an enemy aircraft after having been catapulted form a FCS or CAM ship. He died on January 26th, 1942 when he crashed with his Hawker Hurricane P3452 on the beach at Llanddona, Anglesey, Wales. He was buried there at the Saint Donna's Church.
