Obelisk Hero City Kiev
This memorial commemorates the fact that Kiev was declared "Hero City" in 1965 for its heroicly defence by her residents during the Battle of Kiev (1941). It was awarded with the Lenin Order, Gold Star and the Hero title.
The Lenin depictions were removed from the memorial on April 23rd, 2022.
