Memorial "De Klok"

Unveiled on October 2, 2014.
The major bombing of Huissen was carried out by the RAF on October 2, 1944.
Nearly the entire center was irreparably damaged and approximately 150 civilian casualties occurred.

It is a walking around monument. On either side of the metal base are 4 plaques with 4 stories about the WWII from D-Day, Market Garden, the Bombardments of Huissen and the story of the clock itself that survived the Second World War.
