Sergeant Nikolai Sirotinin Memorial
This memorial commemorates Sergeant Nikolai Sirotinin who, according to Soviet sources, heroically died here on 17 July 1944. It is alleged that Sirotinin single handedly destroyed 11 German tanks, 7 armoured vehicles and 57 soldiers/officers.
