Memorial Time capsule
In the Hunnerpark on a lookout overlooking the Keizer Traianusplein is a plaque commemorating the time capsule which is placed underneath it. This time capsule was placed there on 18 September 1974 under the presence of former Queen Juliana and Allied military leaders. This time capsule contains documents about Operation Market Garden and may only be opened on the 100th anniversary of Market Garden in 2044.
