Location Duno House

House Duno stood at this location. During the Second World War it was a hotel. During the Battle of Arnhem, the house was requisitioned by the German occupiers. On September 28, 1944, it was shelled by the English and went up in flames. After the war it was decided not to rebuild the house. In 2018, the contours of the house and the terrace were made visible again. Two information boards have been installed. These cover the period before and after the war.
