This Soviet 76mm M1936 gun on a pedestal is dedicated to the Guards Sergeant Pavel Khmelev who destroyed four tanks, one armoured vehicles and two cars on 15 December 1943. He was killed that day and posthumously awarded the Hero of the Soviet Union title
