Commonwealth War Graves Roman Catholic Churchyard Veghel

There are two Commonwealth burials of the 1939-1945 War on Veghel Roman Catholic Churchyard, one of which is unidentified. The other grave is of:

Allen Middleton, Private, 1155943, The Queen's Royal Regiment (West Surrey), died 30-09-1944, age 20.

There is also an unknown soldier who was later identified.
The plaque that was added later states:

Tadeusz Józef Koloszczyk
Fallen 2-10-1944
