Former Soviet War Cemetery Wrocław

This obelisk is the only remaining part of the Soviet war cemetery that was established here in 1945 for the soldiers and officers of the Red Army who fell in the battle for the Festung Breslau. After the war, the remains were transferred to one of the two major collective cemeteries in the city itself.
