German War Cemetery Wesenberg / Rakvere

In the Second World War, a German military hospital was located in Rakvere, with it’s own cemetery. 1,456 wounded soldiers who died in the hospital are buried here. The memorial on the cemetery also contains 400 names of German soldiers who were buried on Rakvere Communal Cemetery, but whose graves were lost.
