St. Mary Churchyard contains 17 Commonwealth war graves from the Second World War.

This cemetery also contains the grave of:

Walter Guinness, 1st Baron Moyne who was assassinated by the Jewish group Lehi on 6 November 1944 in Cairo. He was British minister of state in the Middle East at that time.
