Former ZOB Headquarters

On Mila Street in Warsaw was the headquarters of the ZOB (Jewish Combat Organisation) during the ghetto uprising of 1943. On 8th May the bunker was overrun by German units. Some managed to escape, but most of the resistance fighters were killed, including their leader Mordechaj Anielewicz.

At the site, there are three monuments: one on the hill and the other two in front of it.
