Memorial Bench 1st Airborne Division

Behind the old church in Oosterbeek is this bench. The text on the plaque is:
In memory of the men of 1st Airborne Division,
who died in combat in September 1944.
Donated by daughter, Margaret, of No. 6404135 Pte. William Ronald Dodd
3rd Battalion the Parachute Regiment. Died 25-7-89.
