King's/Queen's Commendation for valuable service in the air
De "King's/Queen's Commendation for valuable service in the air" was established in 1942 to reward bravery and merit without the presence of an enemy force. The decoration was changed tot the "Queen’s Commendation for Bravery in the Air" in 1994.
