Erwin Dörr action service during the war was: 1939: Westwall (Trier, German/French border). 1940, Battle in France and from Oct-Dec 1940 he was placed in Paris. 1941: Active in Rumania, Sothern Ukraine and Krim, he got wounded on 13.8-1941 during the battle at the Krim. (Jun-July-1942 active in Sewastopol). 1943: Russia (Rshew, Orel, Brjansk, Dnjepr, Kiew & Tscherkassy) Erwin Dörr was promoted to Leutenant on 1.4-1943. 1944: Russia and Ukraine (Tscherkassy, Lemberg, Kowel & Baranow) 1945: Baranow, Oder & Lausitz.
